This is an adaptive reuse project of converting an existing bank building into an IB-IGCSE school, and simultaneously conserving the built fabric of this Grade II A heritage structure located at DN Road in the historic Fort Precinct of Mumbai which is now a part of the buffer zone of UNESCO World Heritage site - Victorian Gothic & Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai.
