The proposed Academic building has 2 blocks AB1 & AB2 with AB2 with a Ground + 10 Floors. The AB2 houses the Lower ground floor for the Water Tanks & Services. Given the topography of the plot, the AB1 Ground floor has a 6m height & AB2 has a 4.5m height. The AB1 Ground floor to accommodate heavy and tall equipment’s in a lab. There is a 2m utility corridor on the West façade of the AB1 block. The AB2 block has the high capacity Classroom on the Ground floor and First floor. The building is served with three staircase cores and 8 elevators of 20 passengers’ capacity. Above plinth level ground floor, building has 11 floors. The overall building height from the average ground level is less than 45 meters. The building will have various technology labs, DIY project labs, classrooms, Dry laboratories, Faculty rooms and meeting room, Offices, Seminar rooms.
