This project was spearheaded by a 91-year old gentleman who obtained the land and asked us to design a small complex for the aged. We provided the basic plans, elevations and sections, based on which this social service group commenced construction. They built one house at a time, and as they raised money, they moved on. The success of the project was evident by the long waiting list of people who wanted to reside in the complex
